Security and anti-abuse

Temporary technical identifiers, session information and security logs may be processed to prevent automated registrations, brute force, fake ratings, spam, fraud and malicious uploads. Identifiers are reduced or hashed where practical.

Sharing and transfers

Limited information may be shared with providers needed for hosting, email, backups, analytics, security, advertising, professional advice or legal compliance. The owner must complete the provider inventory before launch.

Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including security, moderation, disputes and legal requirements. Expired tokens are removed, active account data is retained while needed, and backups follow the configured schedule.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal and complaint. Contact info@poprock.club. Identity verification may be required.

Account deletion and children

Deletion can be requested in account settings. Some records may be anonymized or retained for limited security or legal reasons. The default minimum account age is 16 unless legally reviewed and configured otherwise.

Security, changes and complaints

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service guarantees absolute security. Material policy changes may be communicated on the website or through account notices. Privacy questions can be sent to info@poprock.club. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia or another competent authority.

Anonymous playlist ratings

When an anonymous visitor chooses to rate a playlist, PopRock Club creates a random first-party rating identifier. We use that identifier with the rating, timestamps and temporary hashed technical or anti-abuse signals to remember the vote, prevent duplicate voting, enforce the guest rating limit and protect rating integrity. The rating system does not create this identifier or a rating-database record merely because someone browses the website. We do not permanently store raw IP addresses for normal community-rating analytics.
