These Terms govern use of PopRock.club. By creating an account or using account-based community features, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the displayed minimum age, provide accurate information, protect your password and maintain a working email address.
Acceptable use
You may not break the law, attack the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, scrape private areas, create fake accounts, manipulate ratings, harass users, impersonate another person, circumvent suspension or send spam.
User content
You retain rights you already own. You grant PopRock Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as reasonably necessary, to host, store, resize, format, display, back up and promote the relevant PopRock.club page. You confirm that you have the required rights.
Playlist submissions
Playlists must use a supported public URL, be described honestly, avoid malicious redirects and follow submission rules. Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, chart inclusion or positive feedback.
Ratings and rankings
Self-rating, purchased ratings, exchanges, coordinated attacks and multiple-account manipulation are prohibited. Suspicious ratings may be reduced or invalidated. Ranking formulas may change to improve fairness.
Sponsored content
Paid promotion is labeled and does not alter organic ratings, chart scores, curator trust or editorial conclusions.
Moderation and rights
PopRock Club may review, correct, restrict or remove content and may warn, suspend or ban accounts. Copyright, privacy, trademark and other rights must be respected.
Third-party services and availability
External services operate under their own terms. PopRock Club does not operate Spotify and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and liability
Ratings, charts and editorial opinions are for discovery. They do not guarantee commercial success, streams, revenue, placement or employment. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Termination, changes and governing law
Users may stop using the service and request deletion. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Governing-law and court details require owner legal review.
