PopRock Club ratings should reflect genuine listener opinions.
Core rules
- One rating per member per playlist.
- Members may update their rating.
- Curators may not rate their own playlists.
- Fake accounts, purchased ratings, exchanges, coordinated downvoting and rewards for a specific score are prohibited.
How scores work
The visible average uses valid community ratings. Charts may also consider rating confidence, legitimate participants, recency, saves, community trust and fraud or moderation adjustments. Two five-star ratings should not automatically outrank hundreds of strong ratings.
Enforcement
PopRock Club may reduce suspicious ranking weight, invalidate ratings, remove coordinated accounts, exclude playlists from charts or suspend participants. Exact anti-fraud formulas are not published. Paid promotion never improves organic scores.
